This article outlines how to use bLoyal functionality with Clover POS. For more information about the POS snippets or how to use the bLoyal buttons to complete specific actions, please see this article.

BLOYAL FUNCTIONALITY AT THE POS
At the start of each new transaction, the bLoyal Edit Order screen will automatically launch.
Using the bLoyal buttons, you can find an existing customer, sign up a new customer, apply a coupon, etc. (This article will help to familiarize you with bLoyal POS snippet basics.) Once a customer is selected, his/her basic information will display at the top of this window.
Once you have completed your desired actions, click the Done button.
You will now proceed to create the order. Once you have added your products and are ready to complete the transaction, you will click the Pay button.
Clicking the Pay button will automatically launch the bLoyal Loyalty Summary window, which will display any bLoyal sale prices, promotions, coupons or loyalty point/dollar accruals that applied on the current sales transaction.
This screen is for preview purposes only. There is nothing functional that you can do on this screen, nor is there anything you need to do on this screen in order for your discounts to apply. If you have discounts that should be applying that aren't appearing on this bLoyal Loyalty Summary screen, please reach out to our support department or to your bLoyal deployment project manager for assistance.
Click the Done button to continue the payment process.
If you are ready to complete the sales transaction, you may tender out the sales transaction as you normally would. However, in the event that you need to return to the bLoyal Edit Order screen, you may click the bLoyal Edit Order button.
Clicking this button will launch the same bLoyal Edit Order screen that you saw at the beginning of the sales transaction. You may want to return to the bLoyal Edit Order screen in the event that the customer decides they wish to apply a coupon or if the customer declined joining the loyalty program at the start of the transaction, but has now decided they want to join.
Additionally, returning to the bLoyal Edit Order screen from the Payments screen will enable the Ship Order button, which will allow you to create a shipment for the order if needed. Upon clicking Create Order once you have completed setting up your order shipment, you will be returned to the bLoyal Edit Order screen, which will now have an Apply bLoyal Promotion button in place of the Done button that appeared previously in this window. Selecting this will return you to the Payments screen.
SYSTEM SETTINGS / DISABLING BLOYAL AT THE POS
In the event you need to disable bLoyal at the POS, launch the bLoyal Edit Order app from your Clover POS. Scroll to the bottom and click the Systems Settings link. Additional useful setting are located here as well. Please see the table below for a description of these functions.

Check Loyalty When Adding Products | This will check loyalty every time a product is added to or deleted from the transaction. This ensures loyalty and discounts are calculated when using the Fast Cash setting, as normally this only occurs after clicking Pay. |
Show Loyalty Summary When Adding Products | This will display a summary of loyalty and discounts each time a product is added to the transaction. |
Show Fast Pay Message When Adding Products | This will display an additional dialog allowing the user to decide whether to apply loyalty each time a product is added. |
Show Loyalty Summary | This allows the enabling/disabling of the Loyalty Summary screen before proceeding to the Payments screen. This setting is enabled by default. |
Bypass bLoyal | This setting is disabled by default. You may need to enable this option temporarily if bLoyal functionality is preventing completion of a sales transaction. When this setting is enabled, you will be prompted at the start of each sales transaction to re-enable bLoyal. |
Disable bLoyal | This setting is disabled by default. When it is enabled, POS functionality will be as if bLoyal apps are not installed in Clover. To re-enable bLoyal functionality at the POS, return to this screen and disable this setting. |
