What Does my Firewall Need to Allow for Success?

Some clients have firewalls whose settings can limit or prevent their access to our service. Your firewall needs to allow secure, https: connections and also allow access to Port 443.

For accessing your Director account you should add to your trusted sites as well as for both Director and POS access.
