If you need to update your billing account information with a change of billing address or a new credit card, please follow these steps:
1) Simply go to www.bloyal.com and click Account Management in the upper right-hand corner of our site:
2) Login with your email (the one where you receive your bLoyal invoices) and password used for your billing account. Please note that this login is not the same you use for your bLoyal Director account.
- If you do not remember your password you can always click the Forgot your password link to create a new one:
3) Once logged in, you may select from the following options.
- Update your billing address by clicking on the Edit Information button in the contact address section
- Edit an existing payment method by clicking on the Edit link below the payment method you want to update
- Add a new payment method by clicking the Add Method button
4) You are done! A summary page will appear confirming your updated information.
