Cluster 2 Service Issue - 4/16/20

It has come to our attention this afternoon that there have been reports of slowness and intermittent connectivity for our clients with accounts on Cluster 2. If your Director login URL is director2.bloyal.com, then you are on this service cluster. All other service clusters are operating normally at this time.

The issues include the inability to access Director as well as in some cases operating loyalty at the POS. Please temporarily disable bLoyal in the POS if you are unable to tender. To do so, you may access the Configuration button in the POS (if present) or otherwise search for bLoyal in the Start menu and run the bLoyal POS (or QuickLink) configuration app and then click the Disable bLoyal button. In Clover, you may disable bLoyal in the bLoyal Suite app.

Our Service Operations team is working with utmost priority on mitigating the issues. We will keep you apprised with updates as soon as they are available.

    The Service Ops team has successfully mitigated all issues. We are still testing services to confirm.

    Yesterday early evening, we confirmed all services were running normally. The issues experienced were tied to the hotfix release early in the morning on 4/16. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
