Club Signup Snippet: Product Preferences

The 2020-Q4 release includes enhancements to the bLoyal Club Signup snippet for WordPress, allowing you the option to present to your club members product selections to append or replace products in their club run orders. If you do not wish to use this functionality:

Standard Memberships (leave Product Preferences box unchecked in the Allow options) - If you would only prefer the standard club run products to be used in all club run orders, then you would not include any product preferences in the Club Signup snippet configuration (customers will thus never see such options).

On the other hand, if you do want to give your club member extra product choices, once the below option is enabled in your Club Signup snippet for WordPress:

The below are the club membership product preference options now available:

First, please click the Select button next to Additional Products to choose which products customers may select from to add or append to their club run orders. Next, choose one of the following options:

1. Replace - This is similar to the Append option, although instead of just adding extra products, the customers would also be able to replace the normal club run products. There is also a caption text box where you may enter your own caption message to be displayed at the top of the Club Signup page. You may also set minimum purchase requirements (in quantity) and special pricing for the customer, if you wish. For example, you might select three products in the Additional Products configuration and set their default values to include one of each item, set a minimum quantity requirement of three overall, and use the caption box to display, "We suggest one of each of the three wines below; however, you may add or change which wines you receive. Selection of three bottles minimum is required."
2. Append - If you would like customers to be able to add their own selections in addition to the standard club run products, you may enable the product preference Append option. There is also a caption text box for you to enter your own message to appear at the top of the Club Signup page. As an example, you might select three products customers could consider adding to club orders in this configuration, set minimum requirements as applicable, and use the Caption text box to display to customers, "While our shipment includes [XYZ], you may choose to add any of the following to your shipment." Beneath this message, they would see their appended product choices, should they elect to add to their club orders.
