This article will guide you on setting up a Customer Signup Snippet Profile for your website.
Once you have logged into your bLoyal Director account, you will need to navigate to the Channels Tab.
And then to the Web Snippets Profiles Tab on the left hand side located underneath the POS Snippet Profiles tab. (Web Snippets Profiles will open up to a new tab)
Next you will click the button to create a new snippet. Here is where you will enter in a Title, Select the Snippet Type of Customer Signup and enter in the Snippet Code.
Once you have selected the Snippet Type the remaining snippet info will populate. This is where you will configure the required information the customer will need to provide to sign up on your website. Standard Requirement is most commonly used. The AND/OR Grouping option would be used if you wanted to require the customer to provide certain required information but allow for other information to be optional. If you have the drop down menu for the AND/OR Grouping selected to All or all selected to Group 1 then all info is required. If you put a field in Group 2 or other groups they are an OR option. The middle column is for Subscriber Groups. This is used for when you want a customer to belong to a specific Subscriber Group when they sign up on your website. If you select the Subscribe box then the customer is subscribed to the group you have selected. If you click on display the customer will be able to see what groups they are going to be subscribed/joined to.

Finally click Save. You have created a Web Snippet Profile.
