Image Sizes for your Eamils

There are a couple of key factors to consider when creating images for your emails.

• The maximum width of the body container is 600px. Depending on the template you are using the image max width may vary.
• If you want your email to be optimized for retina screens, then you should save the image at twice the size you want to display it, So for the example above the maximum recommnended size for your image would be 1,200px wide.

Regarding resizing, this is controlled by the dimensions on the email editor. Images are rendered at their original size by default. If they are larger than the 600px wide container, they will be resized to be 600px wide.
