From a bLoyal perspective it is important that all your Products have a SKU and are assigned to Categories as needed.
The SKU field in your Clover product inventory is the field that bLoyal will use as the unique identifier for products. Please make sure that you have this field populated before bLoyal syncs products to your Director account. See the example below:
If you need help in adding SKUs to your products in Clover, your Clover partner should be able to assist you with that task.
Categories in Clover synch to bLoyal as Catalogs and Catalog Sections. These are useful in case you want to accrue benefits or apply promotions to only Products within a given Category.
