It is very important that all your items in Clover have a SKU (or Barcode) and are assigned to Categories. Without these set on the items, it will become difficult to easily apply discounts to categories and individual products. The SKU field in your Clover item entry is the field that bLoyal will use as the unique identifier for products. We also support barcodes when entered for your products. Please make sure that you have one of these two fields populated before bLoyal syncs products to your Director account. See the example below:
If you need help in adding SKUs to your products in Clover, your Clover partner should be able to assist you with that task.
Categories in Clover sync to bLoyal as Catalog Sections within a Clover Catalog. These are useful in case you want to accrue benefits or apply promotions to only products within a given category. You may find the Catalogs, Catalog Sections, and Catalog Products under Products in Director.
