The first step to get you started is to install the bLoyal Loyalty Suite app directly on your Clover device, Next, you will be provisioning your new bLoyal account.
When installing on your first device, please follow the instructions below to provision your bLoyal account. When installing on the rest of your devices, you will be clicking on the "Have a bLoyal Account?" box and using your bLoyal login credentials to set them up.

This guide outlines the step-by-step process for setting up bLoyal for your Clover POS system.
A) On your Clover POS System, tap on the physical Home button at the bottom of your device and then tap More Tools. This will launch the Clover App Marketplace.
B) From the Clover App Marketplace, search for "bLoyal" and then download the bLoyal Loyalty Suite App to your first Clover device. You only need to download the Loyalty Suite to get started. The use of Gift Cards and Loyalty Dollars as a tender are optional and you will only need these additional apps if you want to use these additional capabilities.
C) Tap on the Create Account button to get started. If you already have a bLoyal account, that is covered in the below steps as well.
D) This will launch the bLoyal provisioning wizard.
- D.1) If you are new to bLoyal and do not have an account yet, please click the Create Account button under the New to bLoyal header and follow the wizard steps. The next sections in this guide detail the steps you will follow to create your new bLoyal Account, or you can watch the video at the bottom of the wizard or here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXQlF3Ou7EI&t=2s
- D.2) f you already have a bLoyal account and are just installing bLoyal on an additional device, please click the Login button under the Have a bLoyal account heading and follow the wizard steps. Skip to Step G below.
E) Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your Company Details

- Step 1 - Fill in the required fields, then click the Continue button.
- Step 2 - Fill in your Owner Details.
This is used to log into bLoyal Director account, the web-based, backoffice interface for your bLoyal account.
Note: The Company Login Domain does not accept spaces, punctuation, or special characters. Please make a note of your Login Domain, User and Password as you will need these to access your bLoyal Account.
F) Once you confirm the information and click Continue, you will see that your account is processing. During this time, your bLoyal account is generating in bLoyal Director, which will become your information hub. This process will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
Note: Please do not close the page until the process is complete. If you need to use your browser during this time, you should open another tab so the account creation process can continue.
G) Once your account finishes set-up, you will be prompted to enter your Store Details in Step 4. Once you have filled in your information, please click the Save button.
If you are setting up additional POS Devices, the setup wizard will bypass the previous steps and will take you directly here.
H) The last step of the process. This is where you may select optional service providers. Service providers can help you expand your integration with value-added services. After making your selection, someone from our team will contact you to help with the configuration:
I) Once your store has been created and the service providers are selected, you will receive the following success message. If you are creating your new account, you may tap the Launch bLoyal Director button if you wish or otherwise visit https://director.bloyal.com on a computer. If you are setting up additional POS devices, you may simply close the wizard at this time.
- You can login to your new bLoyal account with the credentials you used when creating your account as detailed above. Please login to review and accept the bLoyal Subscription Agreement.
- Thanks for creating your new bLoyal account! We will contact you soon to assist you in completing your account configuration to match your program needs.
If bLoyal is still appearing a disabled the steps below will assist you in making it enabled to be used.
J) Open the bLoyal Suite App and click the green settings gear icon at the top-right corner:
K) Scroll down to System Settings.
L) Set as shown below for the most common bLoyal setup. For more information on these settings, see How to Configure the bLoyal Screens That Pop-Up on Your Clover Device:
M) Tap on the physical Back Arrow button on the bottom of your Clover device (shown above to the left of the Home button).
N) Tap on Save (if not greyed out) on the bottom of the main bLoyal Settings page. Either way, tap on the Back Arrow button again after that.
