Both our Extended and Dedicated Support plans offer help outside of normal business hours as part of your plan subscription.
In order to be covered under the SLA response times outside of normal business hours, you need to call the appropriate support phone number. A phone call will ensure that the proper bLoyal team member can address your issue in a timely fashion as provided for in the SLA Agreement.
You will reach voice mail and a prompt will be provided for you to reach the after hours phone. Please follow the prompt to reach the after hours phone, you may need to leave a message there. The messages are checked and returned regularly. Please leave your name, your company name and a phone number that you can be reached at.
